CK Chung

Personal Trainer & Biomechanics Specialist

CK helps people break through limitations, move better, think sharper, and live fully by integrating body, mind, and universe.

He blends biomechanics, psychology, and behavioral science to optimize health, well-being, and performance.

CK began his career in web marketing, where an early fascination with network effects and complex systems sparked his curiosity in how things connect and function.

A lifelong interest in health and fitness led him to explore subjects like positive psychology, philosophy of mind, and behavioral economics.

Coaching naturally followed, alongside technical and innovation consulting work, as he refined his methods in biomechanics, performance, and productivity.

His systematic approach – Support → Align → Load – emerges from a middle-out, bottom-up, then top-down model, emphasizing one system at a time while coordinating others for the most efficient, sustainable progress..

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, movement dysfunction, or aiming to play life at a higher level, CK brings clarity, systems integration, and flow optimization to help you move better, think better, and live without limits.

Josh Clark

Personal Trainer & Biomechanics Specialist

Josh Clark is a recovering entrepreneur and workaholic engineer. He was the CTO and co-founder of a data science startup until realizing that helping people live their lives doing the things that they love to do is infinitely more rewarding.

Now, as a personal trainer, Josh brings the obsession of his past life; he reads up to 5800 pages of biomechanics and medical textbooks per year in a relentless pursuit of knowledg

In 2017, he underwent hip surgery after 16 years of competitive martial arts with five years of MMA. That surgery awoke an autoimmune disease that caused chronic pain and disability.

Not to be deterred, he sought out every medical professional (including trialing over 30 physical therapists) and realized that the problem in our system is that no one communicates or takes a multi-system approach to problem-solving.

This is what he works daily to overcome, both in his own care and with his clients.

In addition to training, Josh works with one of the top dentists in the world, educating dentists about cranial osteopathy and helping her treat complex cases who travel from around the world to see the team.

Jamie Terry

Personal Trainer & Biomechanics Specialist

Jamie offers individualized, whole-person movement coaching to help people live in their bodies with greater compassion, curiosity, and confidence.

Her work centers on fostering a felt sense of connection between body and self through mindful movement that supports resilience and trust.

Her path into movement coaching was shaped by early experiences of caregiving and grief.

That time deepened her respect for the body’s vulnerability and resilience, and clarified her purpose: to walk alongside people in difficulty so they don’t have to navigate pain or uncertainty alone.

She believes all bodies matter and that sustainable change begins by meeting the body exactly where it is.

Her work is collaborative and centered on co-creating movement plans that fit real lives, real goals, and real constraints.

Her work is especially supportive for those navigating complexity, sensitivity, or long-standing challenges.
